Dear mom, you really need a reality check.
She really believes that my brother is going to go far in life, and grow out of this little “phase” that he’s going through.
HE SMOKES POT AND CIGARS. *MY* CLOTHES SMELL LIKE POT BECAUSE HE SMOKES IT 24 FUCKING 7. DISHES FILLED WITH SPOILED FOOD AND MOLD PILE UP IN HIS ROOM BECAUSE HE NEVER CLEANS. HE GOES OUT AND PARTIES ALMOST EVERY NIGHT. I JUST HEARD HIM ON THE PHONE...

A few days ago I was shot in the shoulder during class.
The next night I smashed into another car and wrecked mine.
Last night I dreamt that Charlie (one of the chimps I interned with) developed cancer and was dying.
